Our Strong Reaction to Workplace Harassment of Women

For the Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law, we launched the #reagujostro campaign to confront workplace harassment—using a striking inflatable doll symbol and a mix of video, social, and influencer activations to break the taboo and call for decisive action.
Sexual objectification of women in the workplace is still taboo in Poland, even though up to 80% of working or studying women experience harassment.
For the Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law, we created the #reagujostro campaign to encourage victims of harassment to act decisively. An inflatable sex doll as a symbol of the objectification of women and their treatment as sex objects is presented in a video spot, a series of social media posts, and a special #reagujostro campaign, supported by a large group of influencers, as well as well-known media personalities. Because perpetrators of harassment cannot go unpunished.
