Ola’s passionate about lexical communication and the intersection of visual media, pop culture, and how life imitates art. She’s never been a passive consumer, visiting biennales, exhibitions, and art shows across the continent and beyond for personal and professional inspiration. Ola’s a collector of contemporary art and champions young and emerging Polish artists.
Aside from her lengthy experience in the industry (25+ years and counting), what gives Ola her unique perspective is that her position combines proximity to the strategies of global brands with collaborating and learning from a diverse spectrum of clients.
Ola has worked in many areas of the industry, but she’s not shy in saying that FMCG stole her heart a long time ago, and this is the area that has brought her much of her success, including EFFIE awards.
Ever-evolving consumer behaviors in this sector and how these play out in the digital world are particularly interesting to her.
There’s never been a more compelling time to be working in the field, and what continues to drive Ola is her will to understand and learn from the digital space as it expands further.
