Rafal Lampasiak

Educated as a social psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience as a strategist (TBWA, Havas Warsaw, Scholz&Friends, 180Heartbeats + JungVonMatt, Walk). Since 2020, he has held the position of strategy director across MullenLowe in Poland, combining creative and media competencies and managing a multidisciplinary team of strategists, researchers, and analysts.
As a strategist, Rafal has always tried to be close to people and their diversity, so he is not original in what he loves most: travelling, concerts, and keeping in touch with a wide circle of friends.
He is passionate about discovering new technologies, especially those that make it easier to navigate today’s world of big data. At the same time, he believes that in addition to analytics, the key to success in his profession is a hefty dose of empathy and a fearless creative approach.
Rafal is eager to share his philosophy with others. For over four years, he’s been a trainer at the Polish Advertising Association, and recently he contributed as an expert to the latest marketing textbook.
